Biggest Loser and 30 Day Shred

I work in a small office that is housed by a larger organization. I love the small office feeling and the way the employees all work together, but sometimes a small office misses out on the benefits of a larger organization. Fortunately for us, we have the best of both worlds.

The larger organization is hosting a "Biggest Loser" type event. We are allowed to have teams up to five individuals. There is a team competition and an individual competition for a pool of money. So, 3 other ladies from my office and myself jumped at the chance.

We were a group last year and did really well. However, I feel like I was the least successful last year. I have made a commitment to do better this year. Up until last week I was doing really well at my weekly weigh-ins. Unfortunately, this last week I gained about a pound back.

I am what I would consider over-weight. I would not consider myself obese, but I could stand to loose a few pounds. Being only 5'2", it is obvious when I loose a pound or when I gain a pound.

I am writing this post so I can hold myself accountable. I have a terrible habit of starting out strong with things and then falling off the wagon when I get tempted or tired.

So I started with exercising and doing the 30 Day Shred...I stopped for lack of motivation and now I have started the 30 Day Shred again.

The first day back into 30 Day Shred was a struggle, but I will push through!!! :)

Please post any suggestions you may have for sticking with my weight loss program!
